How to find work
Start with the live marketplace feed. Read the full task description, location or remote requirements, proof requirements, deadline and stated payout before claiming.
Claiming a task
There is no proposal contest. The platform is designed around first valid claiming of available funded tasks. Some tasks can require a refundable 10% commitment deposit; it is a commitment mechanism, not a second marketplace fee, and the exact rules are shown before payment.
Getting paid
Complete only the work that is actually requested, submit the required evidence and respond to verification questions. The current model states a 70% Doer payout after successful verification.
Important expectations
Nothing.gripe does not promise a salary or guaranteed income. Availability depends on what requesters fund. Tasks must be lawful, safe and clearly scoped.
