For payment questions
Write to support@nothing.gripe with your request number and the payment ID from your receipt. For crypto, include the coin, network and transaction hash if you have it.
Tax receipts
This isn't a registered charity or nonprofit, in India or anywhere else, so we can't issue a tax-exemption certificate (like an 80G) or any document claiming your contribution is tax-deductible. If your tax authority still needs something from us, write to support@nothing.gripe with what you need and we'll see what we can do.
