What makes a good task
A good task is specific enough that two people would understand the same expected result. State the deliverable, acceptance criteria, proof format, location if relevant and deadline. Avoid requests involving illegal activity, harassment, private personal information or unsafe behavior.
Funding and payout
The marketplace currently uses a 70% doer allocation and a 30% gross platform allocation for ordinary tasks. Referral and royalty shares come out of that 30%; a required commitment deposit is paid by the doer, not the requester. Direct hires use 100% doer payout plus a 10% platform fee funded by the requester. Where your money goes explains the full flow.
After a doer claims
The doer performs the agreed work and submits proof. Verification checks whether the submission meets the task requirements. The task can enter dispute handling when completion is contested or evidence is insufficient.
Before posting
Do not treat the marketplace as an employment relationship or a promise of a specific outcome. Review the rules, terms and refund policy and post only tasks you are permitted to request.
