How Payments Work on Nothing.gripe

Nothing.gripe uses a cryptocurrency payment flow for funded marketplace tasks, with manual UPI available for INR task funding. The payment rail is separate from the task model: a requester funds a defined one-off task, an eligible doer completes it and supplies proof, and the stated payout is processed after the task reaches the applicable verification state.

1. Fund

The requester funds the task through the currently supported payment flow.

2. Complete

An eligible doer claims available work and follows the task's stated requirements.

3. Verify

Submitted proof is reviewed before the applicable payout is released.

What “funded” means

For a real marketplace task, the system records a funding event before the task is treated as a live funded opportunity. Crypto funding is accepted only after the payment handler confirms the provider payment; manual UPI funding is accepted only after the owner confirms receipt. This is why the public inventory can distinguish genuine funded tasks from examples or demo records.

What a doer sees

A public task page can show the task title, scope, category, work mode, payout, timing and proof requirements. Private wallet addresses, contact details and secret claim credentials are not part of the public SEO representation.

What happens before payout

The doer completes the requested work and submits the evidence required by the task. Verification compares that evidence with the task requirements. The marketplace can also apply its claim, checkpoint, deadline and dispute controls depending on the task's state.

Currency and network considerations

Cryptocurrency transactions can involve network fees, confirmations and changing network conditions. The exact currency, payment instructions and applicable amount shown in a live task or payment flow take precedence over examples in educational pages.

Security and privacy

Do not publish wallet secrets, private keys, authentication codes or sensitive proof. Use the platform's supported payment flow and review the Security, Privacy and Terms pages for the current platform policies.
